- Leading the end to end process of business partner onboarding- Responsible for the tasks on onboarding especially for new signed up aprominent merchant- Responsible to deliver product knowledge to merchants- Encourage and maintain brands/merchants to use TokoTalk as the mainselling platform- Build and maintain good relations with merchants- Understand the brand business model and infrastructure needs- Resolve issues and collect constructive feedback from merchant- Retain, optimize and drive overall GMV- Plan new strategies and promotions with team leader to increasemerchant GMV- Trained new hires to have advanced product knowledge

- Identifying potential clients- Acquiring new big clients for TokoTalk- Negotiating with new potential clients to use TokoTalk as their websiteplatform- Giving new potential clients solutions for their problem on currentsystem with TokoTalk system

- Make plans for marketing strategies- Maintain relationship with existing clients and find new potential clients.- Handle planning aimed to achieve Astana’s brands and programs awareness to achieve sales target.- Identifying clients needs.- Making reports and deep analysis after meeting with clients- Prepare presentations for new clients- Make quotation based on client’s needs- Negotiate with clients and closing the deals.- Handle complaints and after sales services
