1. Planning, designing and delivering a module, including updating and review course content, and undertaking any relevant, associated administrative duties2. Carry out all necessary preparation, e.g., attending module meetings, write lectures, preparing lecture notes and additional teaching material (such as handouts) etc.3. Ensure that the learning objectives and the learning need of students are met by the teaching content, methods of delivery and learning materials.4. Undertaking module assessment, including contributing to the setting of assessment criteria and marking assignments, and supplementary marking where appropriate, and exams5. To be accessible and supportive to students in the role of personal tutor, where required to support course delivery.6. Monitor student progress highlighting any concerns, be they performance based.7. Undertake any related and necessary training as required. 8. Propose, execute, and evaluate research and social society projects

Manages human resources and general affairs function to support the key business needs Responsibilities:1. Establishes and leads recruitment practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce.2. Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding.3. Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan4. Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.5. Provides general supporting activities such as the factory & office cleanliness

I coordinate daily HR Functions. Besides handling HR routine, I also responsible to develop HR Management systems.

At this position, my main responsibility is to develop employee through various program.
