As part of the OECD's Public Governance Directorate, I contributed to the Innovative, Digital, and Open Governance Division (INDIGO) under OPSI, providing governance advice to the public sectors of Latvia, Romania, and Bulgaria by engaging with State Chancelleries and Central Public Administration Institutions, particularly on strategy development, innovation networks, and digital learning platforms.Key tasks included synthesising findings from consultations with public sector officials, research for comprehensive country assessments, strategic communications and identifying recommendations. I significantly contributed to Bulgaria's initial country assessment by spearheading the inception report, incorporating information from literature reviews, primary interviews, and analysis of governmental documentation. Additionally, I authored blogs on emerging challenges, highlighting the need for whole-of-government innovation strategies.
