My journey began in the world of branding and marketing, but it is the realm of Customer Experience and Service Design that ignited the passion within me to craft human-centric experiences and processes that create meaningful impact.It has always intrigued me how simple words or visuals have the power to communicate a message that will resonate with people. That is the reason why I studied Communication & Media at Erasmus University, where I built a strong foundation in marketing and media studies. I have also developed an interest in sociology and intricate nuances of representation in the media landscape.However, it all changed after my internship in the CX department at Wunderman Thompson. It exposed me to the new world of Customer Experience, where companies work relentlessly to construct a smooth customer experience across all touch-points. I had an amazing chance to work on various projects in different industries (cosmetics, automobile, energy); but most importantly, it opened my mind to a new field the really spoke to me. Now I have finished Master's in Customer Experience and Innovation at IE Business School, where I have gained valuable skills on creating seamless, synchronized customer/user experiences across products, services, and businesses. I have learnt about the Design Thinking methodology and toolkit and have used it on different projects. Most importantly, I am now fully equipped to make impact with my work and to build a service that would make a tangible difference. My diverse background and recent master's degree have equipped me with a unique perspective and skillset, ready to be applied to impactful projects and challenges in Customer Experience and Service Design.I'm eager to connect with like-minded professionals, industry leaders, and potential collaborators.
