• While adhering to company policies and procedures, demonstrate good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from debtors.• Negotiate account resolution and accurately input and document actions within the collection system while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.• Maintain up-to-date debtor contact and historical information in the collection system.• Support other queues to facilitate teamwork in the department.• Escalate and assist other team members with calls as needed.• Serve as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members.• Initiate external contact with customers and perform advanced loss prevention activities (i.e. skip tracing, field chasing, account settlement) or administrative work.• Study and implement data protection and privacy laws such as the EU Data Protection Act.• Negotiate re-payment with debtors either in full, settlements and / or payment arrangements.• Follow up on promise to pay and payment commitment accounts to ensure a positive resolution and client satisfaction.• Meet monthly collection goals as assigned by management.• Complete all learning provided by the company to further improve my own knowledge and worth to the company.• Liaison with clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance company reputation.

Greater Medan

This was a two year project to implement training activities for government employees in the North Sumatra region. We provided instructors, arranged the implementation schedule and location of the training. We provided a certificate every time the training is completed.I was responsible for:- Managing the day to day activities of the office and my team.- Ensuring the training courses were organized and completed to the satisfaction of the participates.- Delegating roles and supervising as required to ensure a high level of work outcomes was attained.- Organized the training facilities, making sure they were up to the standards required for the participants.- Keeping an eye on the budgets, making sure everything was provided within the allocated budget.- Negotiating with instructors to ensure they did the work to the required standard at the agreed rate.- Maintained team moral and work ethics. Leading by example in everything I did.
