Responsibilities:-Maintains database by entering new and updated lead information-Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.-Verifies entered data and lead information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.-Combines data from the sheet when account information is incomplete.-Maintaining accurate and through records of data.

Serve the customers of Robi Axiata Ltd from all backgrounds (mainly High Value Customers like international roamers and corporate clients) maintaining the service quality over the phone, attending the training on products and services, meet the daily, weekly & monthly target KPI.

Responsibilities--Receive and process incoming stock and materials.-Pick and fill orders from stock.-Pack and ship orders to customers.-Manage inventory levels and track stock movements.-Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.-Operate warehouse equipment.-Adhere to safety and quality standards in the warehouse.-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.-Meet daily and weekly production targets.
