Assist in PWC Liaison audit reviews:• Profit Recognition 1) Verification of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) - Generate the Sales Analysis Report from property management software (IFCA). - Prepare audit working paper for audit reviews for selected unit samples. - Sighting SPA for the selected units by comparing the details in SPA with the data in working paper which was obtained from IFCA to verify the accuracy of data maintained in IFCA. - List out all the discrepancies found between details in SPA and the details recorded in IFCA and maintained the record in OneNote. - Liaise with the personnel in charge from Credit Management department for any confirmation of SPA location and status. 2) Identification of Cancellation and Terminated Units - Generate the Sales Cancellation Report and Gross Development Profit (GDP) Unit Listing Report from property management software (IFCA). - Prepare the audit working paper to identify the sold units which were subsequently terminated and cancelled. - Ensure that the revenue, cost of sales and gross profit for the cancelled units has been reversed (zeroised) in the GDP by units listing as at the month end of the cancelled date.• Land Titles Verification - Validate the movements of titles that go into Land Management Unit (LMU) for their possession by sighting the physical titles. - The purpose of sighting the physical is to check the accuracy of its information against the information in the LMU Master list. - Ascertain the present location of the titles that go out from LMU to interoffice (Legal and Credit Department) or third party which is solicitors or authority by obtaining and checking all the supporting documents. - Liaise with auditee throughout auditing process.

▪Managing (Account Receivable) payment confirmation that wired from customer to Herbalife’s bank account for order placement.▪Responsible (Account Payable) to make sure all the process, policy and documentation were followed and fulfilled before payment to be released to vendor.▪In charge for payment by cheque and prepare invoicing to vendor.▪Managing the staff expense claim to verify all related documents for claim.▪Manage Finance documents in a good filing system for easier tracing.▪Monitor company’s asset and maintain the record in Depreciation Journal.▪Support Account Payable and Account Receivable Team for any task assign.
