Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager/supervisor to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe work place for our employees.

1.Responsible for day-to-day production within the plant, oversees & drives the achievement of production goals, as well as driving the improvement, upgrade & maintenance of unit production equipment.2. Plan & Schedule of manpower to ensure all machines are sufficiently manned to carry out productions as per machine utilization plans and production plan from PPIC. 3. Overseeing the production process, ensure planned KPIs of efficiency & performance are met or exceeded and ensure delivery to internal customers4. Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing & processing issues.5. Take all necessary actions to manage production costs & improve profitability.6. Supervise, develop and motivate production peoples by setting measurable target, identifying training needs and evaluate the performances7. Constantly seek new ways to improve the plant production efficiency and cost effectiveness 8. Manage and oversee the maintenance and servicing of the plant production lines to minimize down times and maximize the efficiency and working life of all production equipment and machinery.9. Constantly explore and implement methods of continuous improvement10. Devise a budgeted cyclical maintenance and servicing plan for the plant production lines to ensure their efficient and effective operation.11. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs12. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed 13. Liaise with HR on issues relating to on boarding, induction of new production operators or employees14. Identifying training needs

1. Scheduling timetable for a group of workers such as supervisors, technicians & operators. 2. Monitoring workers attitude and discipline according to company Rules and Regulation. 3. Ensuring the monthly target set is achieved, the machinery/equipment fully running and the product delivered according to schedule. 4. Setting and confirm the machine condition before running new product and do minor repairing if the machine have faulty. 5. Leading the pre-commissioning and commissioning of Production Machinery for new Project.6. Controlling the expenses related to manufacturing activity, reduce the material waste and reduce in-process reject. 7. Educating subordinate with latest information and do consultation for problem subordinate 8. Reviewing existing data to see if more research and information need to be collated.9. Working closely with related department in order to monitor and improve the efficiency, achieve the output and safety of a plant; including: QA responsible for the quality control of raw materials,intermediates and finished products; engineering responsible for plant maintenance; Together with PPIC responsible for production planning to manage and review production activities base on production planning; HSE responsible for safety of a plant.10. Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved; 11. Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations;12. Proficiency of ERP system (JDE) and MS Office. 13. Preparing reports

1. Monitoring all production activities to make smoothly process and to ensure that production schedules, quality standards, volume, cost effectiveness and efficiency targets are achieved.2. Set up control plans (Production Planning and scheduling regarding marketing demand to satisfy the of costumer order in a timely faction. Review production schedule daily with production range to identify and eliminate potential problem).3. Development of job description and standard operational procedure (SOP). Coach and monitor all of production worker to attain production quantity and quality standard as setted by management. 4. Coordinate with the engineers/ maintenance to support production activities or to fix the trouble with the equipment and supervise the preventive maintenance doing by the production personal and the maintenance personal to reduce cost of production and maintenance.5. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the production operating team during start-up and steady operation, this includes material handling, all assets and to deliver finished product to customer.6. Responsible for all aspects of the teamwork assignment, conflict resolution, providing technical assistance, discipline and safety of the team.7. Discuss with the engineering department for modification and problem solving to have the better product.8. Set and drive to achieve Key Performances Indicators (KPI) aligned to the factory and corporate goals.9. Improve and strengthen culture of independent Quality Production not depending to Quality department to ensure the output quality.10. Together with PPIC responsible for production planning to manage and review production activities base on production planning.11. Maintaining and improving productivity output

1. Responsible for the production activities in one shift.(To ensure that all productions targets can be achieved effectively according to the standard quality and valid SOP)2. Problem solver / troubleshooting for all of the abnormalities production activities.3. Conduct and do research work according to the process improvement and increase production activity.4. To ensure that all resources (man, machine & material) that are used for running production are used effectively.
