As a Clinical Educator at Agape Care Group, I contributed to the professional development and quality improvement of the nursing staff and the hospice care of the patients and families. I facilitated training sessions, developed curricula, and evaluated learning outcomes using evidence-based practices and intercultural/multicultural perspectives. I also partnered with other educators, managers, and leaders to enhance the organizational culture and performance. I currently work in the behavioral health/addiction and recovery setting, and I love it. I am working on my master's degree in leadership and administration and plan on pursuing my certification in nurse health coaching. I have a varied nursing background in hospice and long-term care experience that includes leadership, sales, staff development, wound care, and infection control. I have enjoyed all of the roles I have held and love to continue to learn new roles as nursing advances and our roles are ever-changing in the innovation age of healthcare. I am excited to continue to pursue new evidence-based trends and grow as a nurse and leader.
