I have been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years and have enjoyed all the experiences that this profession has provided me as well as those experiences that I have been fortunate to provide for my patients. Nursing is a very rewarding experience especially when I am able to give of myself and see improvement in my patients. My current passion in my career is in the art and science of nurse coaching. A nurse coach is one who is a Registered Nurse and trained in the science of health and wellness coaching through an accredited nurse coaching school. I am a board certified nurse coach and board certified holistic nurse. Through Lifestyle Medicine, Iβve personally gotten rid of 7 medications and 6 diagnosis and have coached others to improve their health as well. I do not diagnose, prescribe or medically advise. Through the nurse coaching process, my patients become empowered to be the healthy version of themselves by increasing their belief, providing education when needed, and exploring the deep rooted self-limiting beliefs. Habits are simply old strong neurological pathways that have been developed over many years. Together, we create new neuro pathways to develop bigger and better habits.
