Phill Tsingos - known as Nurse Phill - is the founder of Support Worker Hub, an education company for support workers in NDIS, aged care and community. Nurse Phill believes understanding your health leads to better quality of life. The passion and drive to help vulnerable people in our community receive the best quality care comes from 30 years as a Clinical Nurse in Emergency, Intensive Care, and community nursing. He started Support Worker Hub because he noticed people with disability and elderly were presenting with serious illness to Emergency, who have professional carers but not receiving the total care required. Using his years of experience from starting an EEN program through TAFE, Lead manual handling educator for Holy spirit hospital, Educator in Emergency and Intensive Care special interest in helping New Graduate nurses transition to registered nurses. Nurse Phill provides education so support workers can understand the deeper knowledge and skills to professional caring with real confidence.
