WHAT I DO:I help Nursery and Early Years leaders develop their provision and practice so learners are achieving all that they can. I employ a range of strategies including coaching, consultancy and training to support all members of the team.HOW I DO IT:We start by discussing your needs as a leader. Training might be the best approach where we raise the knowledge of your team up. However for staff with a lot of knowledge coaching may be the best approach. I work alongside practitioners and model in the moment. If you're not sure then consultancy may be appropriate. I work alongside leaders to highlight and address areas of strength and weakness in a setting.WHO I WORK WITH:I have experience working with a range of professionals including Headteachers, Early Years Leaders, Nursery Directors and Managers, Room leaders and teachers. Depending on the service that suits your needs I can work with anyone within your organisation. MY BACKGROUND:I have taught and led 2-5 year olds across a range of Primary Schools in England.
