Preparing CAPEX Project's progress payment, final account, retention sum, and other related documents. This includes communication and correspondences with the Mills/ Estate Management and Contractors and monitoring cash flow projection for each CAPEX Project. 4. Update payment status for all CAPEX Project's untill release of retention sum. 5. Update of Status Report for all on-going and completed CAPEX project on monthly basis i.e. EDMM, EMS East Malaysia Unit Meeting. 6. Technical Visit to KKS West, KKS Chaah, KKS Flemington, and Budaya Kaya Warehouse in order to enhance technical know-how that related to Palm Oil Mill / Estate machinery, infrastructure and palm oil mill processing 7. Documentation and filing of all CAPEX projects. 8. Being exposed and familiarize to the Tender and Contract Documents i.e Latter of Acceptance, Tender Bond, Performance Bond, Insurances, IEM/FIDIC/PAM's Condition of Contract etc. 9.
