• Developing production schedules and plans to ensure timely manufacturing of HVAC equipment and components while optimizing resource utilization.• Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure that HVAC products meet industry standards, specifications, and customer requirements.• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity in the production facility.• Maintaining accurate production records, documentation, and reports, including production schedules, quality control data, and performance metrics.• Providing leadership and guidance to production teams, overseeing their activities, addressing any issues or challenges that arise, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Understand the entire Methyl Ester, Refined Glycerin and Tocotrienol production process, including raw material handling, chemical reactions, separation techniques, and quality control procedures.• Collect data on various process parameters and assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement or optimization.• Learn to identify and troubleshoot common operational issues that may arise during production and assist in finding.

• Perform detailed inspections and testing of semiconductor components using specialized equipment and tools to check for defects, deviations, or irregularities in dimensions, materials, or performance.• Enforce and maintain stringent quality control standards and procedures to ensure the consistency and reliability of products.• Collect and record data related to inspection results, defects, and any anomalies observed during the manufacturing process.• Create and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and documentation of corrective actions taken.
