• Provide superior first line response, acknowledgement and routing/resolution for customers requiring assistance with software related issues and questions.• Investigate and escalate issues based on detailed knowledge and understanding of our software applications.• Assist with testing new technology and provide feedback to project teams.

• Perform Design of Manufacturing (DFM) analysis on printed circuit board design using VAYO software.• Review the DFM findings and validate those findings based on company rules.• Generate the DFM reports and send them to the DFM requestor.• Export XY data or Gerber from CAD file if have any requested from engineer.• Perform part or component library creation for library database VAYO software.• Arrange shipment by daily basis and move the ship to TP10 location for the next day.• Load SO from time to time when received new PO from customer.• Do daily tracker for the inventory shipment.

• Perform Bill of Material (BOM) for NPI department.• Prepare First Article (FA) submission.• Prepare work instructions for processing product and machinery.• Do improvement packaging by get cycle time each material.• Prepare quotation packaging based on material for customer.

• Coordinate the development and implementation of new product manufacturing processes.• Preparing PWI (Product Work Instruction) for production use.• Work with Project Engineer on coordinating the development and implementation of new product manufacturing processes.• Preparing rework, general and flow chart work instruction for production use.

• Assist engineer in design template for RFQ (Request for Quotation) to give customer quotation.• Assist engineer in analyzing and identify MOST code for calculation customer costing for each step assembly.• Assist engineer in verifying each component PCB in BOM (Bill of Material) for a model.

• Entertain customer whether walk in or dealer customer.• Receive the payment from customer for phone repair without warranty.• Do filing the document and stack the phone after completely repair in the category rack.• Checking the functionality of the phone before passing it to the customer.

• Checking the phone status whether it is still in warranty or not before repairs it.• Troubleshoot and analyze the phone problem and detect whether the phone is liquid immersed or not before repairing process.• Backup phone data for customer , i.e. contact number, picture, video, note, etc.• Checking the version phone software and upgrading to the latest version.• Prepare each phone report and update into systems.
