Class training consists of introduction to project management, creative, critical thinking, problem solving & decision making skills, time management, business English communication, emotional intelligence & conflict management, social styles, presentation skills, customer focus, corporate skills & ethics and etc.- Exposure in handling process flow at mill production plant with understanding on the SAP, HACCP, HIRARC, CAPEX and etc. to ensure the standard can be achieved by utilising engineering knowledge.- Attended Industrial Noise Control Training performed by DOSH with understanding on the risk of noise exposure and appropriate measures to protect the hearing of people by using the engineering approaches.- Attended HACCP training with understanding on the food safety system and passed the assessment successfully.- Participated in Mill Lab Supervisor Forum performed by Sime Darby R&D team. Prepared report of training and distributed to lab supervisor and operator.- Management representative and secretary for 5S project. Ensuring that activities required for Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented and maintained. - Familiarization with real Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) on Onshore Slugcatcher (OSC), Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT) and Terengganu Gas Terminal (TGAST)- Simulation works using Aspen HYSYS V8.4 and V8.8.- Plant Safety Induction (PSI) training.- Site visits at Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT) and Terengganu Gas Terminal (TGAST); familiar with equipment designs such as heat exchanger, separator, slugcatcher, dehydrator, scrubber and etc.- Joined Joint Integrity Team (JIT) for Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT) Turn Around August 2017 and successfully completed the task given by maintenance and mechanical engineer within 14 weeks. Being introduced to real isometric drawing at site.- Project management including compilation of Process Engineers’ workload using Microsoft Excel 2013, updated Low Pressure System (LPS) and Low Pressure Process Unit (LPPU) slide for August 2017 in Microsoft Power Point 2013, extract data from report and simplified into table form using Microsoft Excel 2013 and etc.
