>Working as HR generalist>Ensuring proper documentation of all kinds of employee’s personal documents associated with employee personal file and comprehensive update in Dhaka tribune’s HR ERP module.>Actively coordinating the recruitment and selection procedures and participating in the interview board.>Assisting HOD for payroll management to take care of salary deductions, record keeping and verifying the reliability of pay data.> Assisting to generate all employees monthly attendance report.>Updating leave management file and preparing monthly leave report.> Conducting orientation program to the new hires (Junior level)>Calling and communicating with the pool of applicants and assisting for the whole recruitment and selection process.
