I am graduated from UniKL MICET taking Bachelor in Chemical Engineering Technology (Hons.) in Process. I have done my internship at laboratory testing company where I gained so much knowledge on how to test and read the result. I love what I do during internship period because that is one of my passion since university. During internship, I develop more laboratory skill including apparatus calibration. Measurement of accuracy during laboratory testing is crucial to ensure the result is accurate and if the result did not complied based on DOE requirement, the related company need to take action to avoid any environment pollution. However, since September 2020 I become Medical Claim Executive where out of my study field. I grab this job opportunity and challenge my self that I can do this job scope even though I did not know more related to medical term. From Day 1, I learned a new thing from day to day until now I survived and start to love what I do. My position now develop my Microsoft Excel skill, communication and writing skill, how to handle complaint from member or client and solved the problem there and then. Besides, I become more thoughtful in processing claim to avoid any mistake or misleading communication. Lastly, it is not about the job, it is about the knowledge. Do not be so choosy in finding vacancy because nowadays, we have to survived with this current economy. Remember that we will keep gaining new knowledge until the end of life.
