• Process the payment for staff claim, utilities, after receiving approval• Perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis at every first week of the month and attach together with bank statement• Verify the salary schedule by make sure the contribution for employee and employer for epf,socso,sip deducted are tally with requirement • Submit monthly contribution to system of statutory bodies’ etc SIP Assist for Socso, E-Employer for EPF, PSMB (hrdf)• Prepare payment vouchers for weekly billings and attach together with supporting• Process and perform salary and advance of employee by maybank2e• Responsible for account receivable and account payable• Copy & clear cheque for every week billing• Process invoice and submit invoice to client • Follow up payment with client by calls and did listing for outstanding payment• Submit weekly report on Friday• Monitor daily bank balances• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignments as assigned by the superior from time to time.
