1) To Ensure the company quality system and ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 implementation is effectively practice across factories for good implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS Responsible)2) Oversee new project and transfer project qualification activities, performing document verification and line audit for product and process compliance and 7S audit.3) Monitor departmental KPI to ensure the department interaction system meeting the required index. Follow up with the department for improvement action when KPI not meeting target.4) Involved in Internal Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.5) Plan for internal audit, Internal audit report writing, review and approve corrective action or improvement action.6) Ensure customer requirement, ISO standard, environmental regulatory and company procedure is in QMS and/or EMS and ensure effectiveness of the implementation of the requirement. Update procedure to match to latest customer requirement, standard and regulatory.7) Conduct Supplier development activities and audit at supplier premises when needed.8) Handle customer audit for system audit, product and process audit. Fill up and/ or coordinate with internal team for self-assessment and liaise with customer when needed. Respond corrective /preventive action, collect evidence and follow up for effectiveness of implementation.9) Review, assess and respond on Environmental compliance in order to fulfil to global statutory and regulatory and customer requirement related to RoHS, REACH, Halogen free, Conflict Mineral using customer reporting platform.
