My current job as the Corporate Responsibility Program Manager is to identify and eliminate risks in the social aspects of the supply chain. Social aspects include five pillars which are labor, health and safety, environmental, ethics and management system. My projects include performing risk assessments, completing annual social audits and supporting corrective actions plan for the supply chain. I work closely with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and global supply chain. I also work with internal teams to make sure all goals delivered smoothly every year. Building good rapport and relationship with the supply chain are the most important key in this job. I try my best to support and collaborate with the supply chain to be excel and in compliance with the social pillars. I believe in discipline, trust and communication in workplace. When you got all that, there’s nothing you can’t achieve. Great leadership and environment will lead to excellent outcomes.
