Job Description1. Plans, organizes, and schedules the activities of AP Accounting functions and Inventory of warehouse, for 15 Subsidiary Express Group company and 24 warehouse2. Checking bank, intercompany reconcilliation3. Process payment and Loan Bank 4. Monitoring AP Aging and Loan Outstanding, and prepare monthly report in related of expense and make analysis5. Ensure that transactions related to AP, Loan and inventory are posted correctly6. Accrual of expense and forecast in related of AP, loan bank, interest expense, sales of Inventory7. Count Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)8. Prepare TB and BS sublegder in related AP and Inventory9. Produce timely and accurate quarterly TB and Balance Sheet subledger for Bappepam. Such as make movement drawdown of loan, additional of inventory, analyze of expense, Ect.10. Supervise implementation of SOP (Ensure at operational process (in out of sparepart) at warehouse, run by existing SOP ISO 9001 : 2008, review and develop if needed)11. Supervise Inventory and Warehouse Management, like control Min Max Stock and Reorder Point, monitor inventory movement and ending balance, Approved of warehouse PR, control of budgeted warehouse especially over time cost, control of dead stock (organize of warehouse).12. Plans, schedule and to do Stock Opname Inventory periodicly, and check movement inventory until get ending balance and Make report of SO14. Compare and check quality and brand of Sparepart from Purchase Request to Receive Report and physical checks also14. Check, control slow moving movement and dead stock 15. Stock reconciliation, adjustment and closing inventory
