Responsible to obtain the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and time.-Produced price comparison table between each vendors/suppliers. -Responsible to evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, support service, availability and reliability of the materials and services. Also responsible on tabulation of commercial bidding analysis-Obtained confirmation of compliance in Technical Bid Evaluation report on item supplied by each vendor/supplier from engineering department-Shortlisted 3 vendors/suppliers for each package-Attended Technical Clarification meeting between vendors/suppliers and end user-Proposed 1 vendor/supplier for each package to the top management based on technical compliance, lowest price and best delivery time-Attended Tender Review Committee meeting for each package-Proper hand over of relevant purchase contract documents, specification, minute of meeting to expeditor and source inspection.
