Lead and manage the overall programme and M&E functions including information and knowledge management , grant management of HYSAWA, manage a team of professionals and consultants, setting operational plan, budget and targets and manage performance of partner organizations, consultants. Track progress against targets, analyze data sets and make recommendations for enhanced programme planning, coordination and management of HYSAWA Fund. Advise Programme Officers on indicator selection, target setting, monitoring and data quality assessment and validation. Report to Government and Donors. Other activities includes writing project proposals for donors, evaluate partner proposals. Liaison with Government agencies and donors etc.

The main responsibilities were to support the WASH Cluster Coordination team in collecting, analyzing, and sharing information from the partners that is important for the cluster stakeholders to be informed (evidence based) make strategic decisions on the needs of affected population.

Administration and Management of country's largest Arsenic Database. Automation of M&E tools for the rural water supply component of the project. Preparation of project progress reports, design and development of need based MIS software for data entry, query, analysis and reporting. GIS /GPS based database development and management. Coordinate with related agencies/stakeholders and multi-disciplinary consultants. Statistical analysis of M&E survey data for rural water supply componentDesigned, developed and administered largest Water supply database in Bangladesh having National arsenic screening program data of 268 Upazila. Coordinate day to day activities of National Arsenic Mitigation Information Center (NAMIC). Gather all arsenic related data from relevant stakeholders. Maintain ‘Who is doing what’ database.

GIS based Disaster Management preparedness and response database, Disaster Vulnerability analysis, Rural Road Mapping support to Local Government Engineering department (LGED). Mapping and data analysis support to Disaster Management and Flood proofing projects.
