Risk mitigation by analyzing CCRIS and CTOS reports ensuring there are no remarks or arrears on repayment of clients' other loans.4. Compilation of disbursement documentation such as standard documents, security documents, legal advice, CCRIS Report, CTOS Report, Appraisal Report and others in the LD File.5. Preparing Financing Amendments (FA) or Memorandum for the account which needs waiver on-site visitation, submission of halal certification, extension of availability period of financing facility.6. Instructed supervision representative of branches to make site visitation on the client's office, construction site, and machine (serial number) as an essential requirement of the disbursement process.7. Request Takaful quotation from takaful for facilities that finance property or machinery to ensure products are covered with takaful.8. Submitting the disbursement file to the disbursement audit and attending further remarks from the audit team.9. Special project - attending and completing post-disbursement matter for the year 2020 until 2023.
