Overseeing and quality assuring all recruitment and processes by conduct Job Fair, Psychological Test, Focus Group Discussion, Panel Interview, etc.- Liaise with other parties for external sourcing process (job portal, job fair, campus hiring, head hunter, outsourcing).- Maintain and update HRIS. - Talent acquisition reporting.- Talent management and development, performance review.- Development program: Graduate Trainee for Sales, Marketing Trainee.- Employer Branding activities.
