- Team Lead for External Relations, Listings SOP & Prohibited Listings Management Team. - Develop and implement strategies to influence government policies in favor of the organization's interests related to content listings.- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.- Provide analysis and advice on government policies and regulations and their potential impact on the organization.- Represent the organization in government meetings, hearings, and other proceedings related to platform listings issues.- Communicate with internal stakeholders, such as executives and board members, on government-related matters.- Oversees a team that monitor political and legislative developments that may affect the organization and provide timely updates and recommendations.- Oversees a team responsible for curating marketplace prohibited content to ensure the quality as well as the legitimacy of the listings.- Oversees the documentation of SOP and prohibited listings content management processes and policies and work on their continuous improvement.- Collaborate with the customer service, marketing, and business development teams to manage listing inquiries and troubleshoot listing-related issues

- Review product listings submitted by sellers to ensure they comply with the marketplace's rules and policies.- Enforce content policies by removing listings, suspending accounts, or taking other disciplinary measures as needed.- Help sellers resolve issues related to their product listings or accounts via email, chat, or phone.- Provide feedback to sellers on how to improve their product listings to increase sales or comply with the marketplace's guidelines.- Analyze data to identify areas where the marketplace's policies and procedures need to be updated.- Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product type.- Document content management processes and policies and work on their continuous improvement.- Work with customer support and business development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshoot listing-related issues.

Assist and manage day-to-day operations of social media marketing, CRM, email marketing, platform listing and web content update with relevant information and photographs. Create and develop digital marketing strategies.
