- work experience more than 11 years at Export in food field - strong communication and language skills (speaking/writing/reading) both in English and Turkish. - travel extensively for overnight business trips to overseas (USA, Canada, Germany, Benin, Niger, Ivory Coast, Mauritius, South Africa, Azerbaijan, France, Dubai, Bahrain, Spain, Italy, Brasil, Saudia Arabia, Belgium, Hungary, Iraq, Kuwait, Cyprus, Qatar, Seychelles...) for visiting client and market.- knowledge of office and ERP Programme- identifying customer base and building a strong relationship with them - coordinate communication and information flow between customers and company, and report to the upper management- providing close sales and technical support to internal external customers to ensure smooth progress of business - arranging yearly budget based on country's market realities - follow-up on all quoatations submitted, and report quotation status to the upper management - negotiate and finalize contract with customer - managing customer relationship, including handling customer complaints - conduct market intelligence – competitor activities, pricing and market trends - submit Monthly / Weekly Activity Report on the current potential projects and other special reports upon request of the upper management. - participate in assigned work process improvement activities
