• Responsible for design and development of the systems and components from concept phase to final product phase• Use state of the art CAD/CAE tools, develops Product Development processes, core foundation documents, knowledge base for the systems and components they are responsible for.• Fairly familiar with the diesel-gasoline engines, powertrain and engine components. And also very good knowledge of Engine/Powertrain Durability• Work together with Ford Dunton and Ford Dagenham technical teams, prepared 3d proposals and finite element models of Cooling System, applied forced response method with engine excitation data to calculate stress levels of components and brackets.• Experience in finite elements, dynamics and vibration theory using softwares ABAQUS

Superstructure Construction & RenovationProject Manager for c. 100,000 sq-ft steel structure building

• Experienced in the development cycle of motorcycles from product design to manufacturing. • Designed complete windshield and supporting components for the following motorcycles: Yamaha TMAX, Honda Vandero, Harley Davidson FLHTCU, Suzuki M90, Yamaha R1, Yamaha FZ6R, Honda 1500 Goldwing and surfacing for Adiva and BMW K46 windshields.• Subject matted expert of manufacturing methods: forgings, sheet metal stamping, deep draw stamping, flow forming, injection molding, vacuum forming, assembly welding, castings.• Developed design concepts and overall engineering of products: windshields, product-testing fixtures, dies, welding fixtures under non-disclosure agreements• Responsibilities include concept development; 3D metal and plastics part modeling in Unigraphics, Mechanical Desktop; production tooling, programming of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, detailing of designs and preparing for product launch.

• Assisted undergraduate engineering students with the creation of 3D solid modeled drawings and 2D detailing.• Assisted graduate students with the projects of Statistical Process Control.
