- Create spareparts database and substitute spare parts list.- Create fast moving spareparts categories for periodical service and general repair.- Create stock standards for the procurement of spare parts from the fast moving parts category. - Establish cooperation with vendors from procurement, purchase order, delivery and payment systems.- Create sparepart forcasting for fast moving sparepart.- Create spareparts requisition slips, purchase orders, delivery plans and delivery order.- Inventory control and spareparts usage history control of periodical service, general repair, body repair and overhoul.- Balancing incoming and outgoing spare parts data based on stock opname data.- Recap procurement, purchase order, account payables and recap relialization of spare parts request slips as well as follow-up payment plans.- Create a training syllabus for the parts & distribution division.

- Follow-up on forcasting from customers.- Create purchase orders for the subcontracting process.- Planning the subcontracting process and inventory control of finished goods and WIP.- Follow-up part requests to production and check WIP stock as well as BC.04 request from EXIM before sending to suppliers.- Control finished goods stock in the warehouse and suppliers as well as follow-up on finished goods delivery plans from suppliers.- Perform stock opname dan balancing (WIP and finish good) in warehouse and suppliers.- Support audit internal.
