Recruitment and Onboarding:- Spearheaded the Arbitration Internship in drafting contracts, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates, onboarding interns, and facilitating exit arrangements - Thoroughly involved in the Vacation Scheme Programme in coordinating interviews, liaising with Partners' secretaries, and preparing induction programmes for interns- Prepared monthly induction programmes for new hires (lawyers, business services, secretaries, interns)Projects worked on:- Created a guide/manual for Workday for the use of HR personnel - Revamped HR internship guide for the use of future HR interns - Revamped exit interview checklist for better clarity and comprehension; to be used by future leavers - Created creative posters to showcase staff's personal interests and posted them on YammerAdministrative matters:- Updated personnel information to Workday - Drafted payment forms for processing- Updated HSF's organisational structure for the Asia region every month and circulated it to regional HR teams- Drafted ad-hoc reports- Liaised with different departments for operational purposes
