I am directly responsible for the operational coordination of assigned projects and the achievement of the project objectives and expected project results and expenditure control, in cooperation with partners and local counterparts. I am responsible for the implementation and development of the Country Strategy in accordance with the Foundation's vision/mission at the national and regional levels, including through the drafting of new project proposals, local fundraising, and the creation and management of key contacts. I am responsible for the management and development of human resources on site. I am also in charge of their search, selection and placement, their training process, as well as their evaluation and development path. My main duties are: • Support in the search for new funding opportunities • Preparation of project proposals and budgets; • Oversee administrative and financial management of the program and individual projects, including financial reporting, reporting and audits; • Operational coordination and implementation of project activities; • Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of project/program activities, aligned with the tools provided by the Foundation, in order to ensure the achievement of the objectives and results strategic country program; • Managing and maintaining relationships with donors and partners in the country; • Preparing reports and technical reports, regular meetings with donors, strategic documents and tools for program communication and promotion; • Promoting, establishing and maintaining linkages with other national and international projects/programs.

Under the supervision of the Head of Mission and along with the local governments and project partners, I have elaborated a Natural Resources management strategy in Central America and the Caribbean for 2021-2023 for the Italian Cooperation. Specifically, at the regional level (northern triangle of Central America), I have contributed to the formulation, follow-up, and monitoring of agroforestry systems initiatives on adaptation to climate change of the most vulnerable populations to address the main causes of unemployment and poverty. With this approach, I also formulated and monitored initiatives related to the generation of green economic alternatives for people at risk of migration (mainly women, youth, and children). Within the Regional Headquarters, I have been able of mainstreaming ienvironmental issues in projects related to education, justice, and urban and economic development,

I started working as a research fellow in 2014, in order to develop a Geographical Indication of excellence in El Salvador. I started getting involved with the work that is being carried out in Guatemala on coffee and its relation to sustainable development and women's empowerment. I implemented, maintained and updated the communication strategy of the project; I also worked as a resource person on the short specialization courses addressed to coffee technicians of Central America (Itaian School of Coffee).
