Leads and manages the operations team for the Joint Task Force supporting the 59th Presidential Inauguration to ensure the Director of Operations mission and the Commanders vision is met.

Responsible for joint force development, education and professional development, joint training exercises, readiness and assessment.

Responsible for overseeing and assisting the G3 with training, plans, and operations.

Develop plans for District of Columbia Army National Guard military support to domestic operations to include planning support for the 2017 Presidential Inauguration.Develop and lead exercises with the Government of Jamaica and Jamaican Defense Force to improve their readiness and ability to respond to all hazards within the scope of the DOD State Partnership Program

* Implement Army preventive medicine program for the DC National Guard* Develop and conduct unit training which include: Unit Field Sanitation Team, Unit Environmental Compliance Officer, Food Safety and Regulated Medical Waste* Conduct environmental and public health site inspections to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local and Army Regulations.* Manage three junior officers and the unit evaluation report process.

* Responsible for managing environmental compliance program at the Potomac River Generating Facility* Oversaw implementation for all regulatory and voluntary environmental programs to include CWA, SDWA, RCRA, EPCRA, TRI, OPA, Pollution Prevention and ERP.* Developed Hazardous Waste SOPs, SWPPP, SPCC and conducted site training for all employees and contractors. * Analyzed compliance and developed techniques to improve compliance rates.* Conducted root cause analysis via TapRoot

* Directly supervise 14 military and civilian personnel. Manage Environmental Project Requirement Compliance budget and the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Environmental Health program in support of Fort Bragg’s 200,000+ military, civilian and dependent population.*Coordinates with associated project officers to standardize application of Environmental Regulations across the installation to prevent injury to public health, legal fines or lawsuits and maintain compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (SDWA, CWA,OPA, CERCLA, RCRA, SARA, CAA, storage tank, etc), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (1910) and Department of Transportation Regulations.
