• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees via paper-based and electronic timesheets.• Efficiently and precisely enter over 200 employee’s hours, sick leave, annual leave, and unscheduled holiday on a bi-weekly basis within the internal database via Access and reconcile any discrepancies that may arise.• Responsible for processing a diverse range of payroll-related transactions, such as retroactive payments, annual leave payouts, stop payments, and payroll transfers, while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. • Accountable for ePAF extensions, modifications, and renewals while closely monitoring budget allocations and proactively requesting additional funding as required.• Demonstrate excellence in addressing and resolving employee inquiries related to their pay, including discrepancies.
