I’m leading our mission to develop innovative educational kits in rocketry, aeromodelling, robotics, and drones. I work closely with schools and educational centers to ensure our STEM tools effectively integrate into classrooms, empowering students with hands-on learning experiences. My focus is on expanding our market, driving product development, and delivering high-quality educational solutions. Through strategic leadership and close collaboration with industry stakeholders, I’m committed to preparing the next generation of engineers and scientists with accessible, cutting-edge learning products.

I focused on building strategic partnerships, attracting investments, and leading a team to organize large-scale educational competitions in rocket science. My goal was to promote STEM education through practical, hands-on experiences that engaged both students and educators. This role allowed me to connect with key stakeholders and create opportunities that inspired young minds to explore STEM fields, particularly in space technology and engineering. I worked to ensure that our initiatives not only educated but also sparked innovation and creativity in future engineers.

I was responsible for planning, resource management and monitoring the progress of projects. Provided customer communication, budget control, risk and quality management, and project completion with reporting. This role requires organization, leadership and communication skills.

◦ Established three niche communities: STEM Education Community (241+ members discussing global education trends), BrainStorm Community (career-oriented platform for developers), and Hardware Community Astana Hub (100+ hardware enthusiasts and professionals from across Kazakhstan).◦ Participated in AstanaHub and Tumaris Tech Startup Battles, securing finalist position with the Qbit project.◦ Launched a STEM education center for kids, mentored 4 school teams leading to AQ ZHOL team’s victory in Hardware Challenge NURIS, national Daryn competition, and a trip to ISEF-2023 in the USA.◦ Successfully planned STEM BUS social project, involving sponsor communication, presentation, and budgeting.
