• Review the demand for products which are managed and create the supply plan. Create, maintain, and execute the supply plan needed to balance the global needs to balance the field service demand and supply constraints.
• Monitor weekly production plan for MRMA, Endoscopes to ensure there are enough supply to prevent stock outs in US and Global FSLs – forward stock locations.
• Managed the toolkits for Field Engineers in US and Globally. Worked with product support to create the BOMs for toolkits and new process to kit the toolkits and maintain a stock to ensure there is no interruption for.
• Present demand / supply forecast for 6 Quarter during SIOP. Present relevant data / charts to cross functional teams
• Review safety stock and inventory targets at for US FSLs and Global FSLs.

• Managing PSC cell, PSC Base, SUJ, FRU demand and 2 NPI projects – MARS and 2.0 Orion.
• Achieved YTD for Surgeon Side cart: 508 of 508 planned. (All other sub’s met requirements) in 2017.
• First project in Systems Manufacturing was executing the first phase of the planned order functionality.
• Moved to Systems Manufacturing seamless without any issues in Oct 2016. Learned to create the Rework orders and the constant issues with MES.
• Helped to facilitate the deviation prior to dry run to check the torques. I was able create 4 dummy MES work orders to achieve the dry run and helped to close out with Finance once the dry run was completed and not.
• Represented the Planning department in the Line Reduction project. Helped to validate the start time and end time and worked with IT to get the data so IE could create the initial value stream map for this project.
