I'm responsible for the maintaining relationships with owners of coworking spaces in 50+ countries. I manage pending listings which includes adding, reviewing, and approving new coworking space listings to the site as well as making sure all the data is accurate while supervise one employee, whose role is to ensure high data quality across all listings. I also handle the Partner Support inbox, which includes sending emails and replying to partnership requests while maintaining a good relationship with customers.

Worked as a PA to the investor, I organised and maintained diaries and made appointments, arranged his global travel itinerary and accommodation, and took meetings with local partners and negotiated on his behalf. Apart form those, I researched and consulted on investment property opportunities in Thailand where I personally found, negotiated, and facilitated the acquisition of 4 properties with value over 1.1M USD. I also conducted market research and created PowerPoint presentations on topics of interest.

I applied for a three month internship to Front Office during the summer. My internship was divided to two sections according to the different roles i.e Guest Service Officer and Concierge. The first part was the GSO where I was responsible for the registration procedures, greeting guests upon arrival, and assisting guests with issues and complaints. After the GSO training, I took the Concierge position where I was responsible for all guests' activities. I provided guests information of facilities and accommodations, organise and make travel itinerary, and perform the airport representation upon guest's arrival.
