My first Career was Nursing... 16 years in Intensive Care and ED. Certifications obtained: CCRN, ACLS Instructor. I was always passionate about sports, health and wellness and decided to pursue my passion of helping others get healthy and lead healthier, more productive lives. I obtained my CPT in 2007 and NESTA Certified Speed,Agility and Quickness Instructor. Club Trainer at Gold's in Columbus and Personal Trainer for Custom Built before breaking out on my own.
