- Develop condominium projects and sales gallery with designers under conditions of brand, target customer,budget, function ,construction ,regulations and project timeline- Coordinate with other teams to support projects information in each state such as pre-sale, building permission, EIA , bidding and construction.- Review the drawings to ensure it meets the organization’s construction standards- Site visit and inspect to ensure the construction be right as drawing and solving the facing problem- Assemble the requirements and problems as the instructions for the future projects

- Working with the interior designer revising floor plan to meet the demand from marketing analysis- Coordinate with the contractors, ensuring all the works are the same as drawings- Solve on-site ploblems and manage all works to be done on schedule-Design the wayfinding to meet the modern design trends - Draw the construction drawings- Design the interior and Draw the built-in detail drawing

- Research, survey and analyse competitors/customer target group to develope the product- Design a prototype unit for condominium by using Design-thinking process, working as a team with other interns from different backgrounds- Pitching design idea to the directors
