In 2017, I co-founded NÜTY (Pronounced NewTea) Food Technology, a pioneer in developing extended shelf-life prepared food using patent pending High Pressure Processing Technology. We have developed over 1000 type of prepared food, sauces, dips using this technology without using any preservatives or additives. In 2022, we partnered with the one of the largest food delivery companies in India to supply food to their cloud kitchens all across the country.Our state-of-the-art food production facility in Hosur is the largest HPP production kitchen in Asia and with a daily capacity of 10 tonnes of prepared food. With our unique Farm-To-Table approach, we are able to source fresh produce directly from farming communities, prepare them in our modern kitchen and deliver to various cities, serving over 50,000 customer every week.In March 2023, we launched our own QSR brands, BaHa (Modern Mediterranean Cuisine & SpiceX (Most varieties of Biryanis) with presence on high street & corporate locations across Bengaluru.In Aug 2023, we launched category defining ready-to-eat cold-press products including “Fresh Chutneys” - the most beloved companion of South Indian dishes, now available fresh with longer shelf-life. Our cold-press Hummus, Chutneys & Indian Desserts are exported to Australia, USA & Middle-East.
