Successfully initiated new product launches, organized marketing campaigns, encourage marketing team and tirelessly navigated subordinates towards the success with the support of management. Marketing, credit analysis and recoveries have carried out throughout the period using market analysis, innovative thinking, excellent communication and leadership skills among all stakeholders. Assisted manager to achieve all marketing targets within the stipulated time period as an individual and overall marketing team as well. Guided them to identify, satisfy and anticipate customer needs and wants using different techniques and encourage to understand customers from their perspectives while safeguarding company interests. It helped immensely to became successful in all marketing aspects to increase revenue.Branch won the gold award in branch competition at annual awards ceremony due to these outstanding performance. As a marketer, I was able to became one of the best marketers in my capacity in this competition as well.
