I developed various IT policies, including an IT Handbook, Data Protection Policy, Privacy Policy, Security Incident Management Process, Group's Data Retention Policy, Risk Assessment Policy, and other document policies to align with industry standards.Alongside my IT Manager role, I also took on the responsibility of managing the company's digital marketing efforts. I developed PRO Partner Group's website using Wordpress CMS and optimised it for search engines, enabling the generation of quality organic leads. I devised strategies to maintain the website's organic ranking and utilised social media and Adwords campaigns to enhance the company's online presence.Furthermore, I managed and tracked leads, creating a comprehensive and organised contact database with the ability to filter multiple parameters. Managing leads helped identify the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and allowed for the development of new marketing strategies when necessary. Realising the importance of data analysis, I became proficient in using PowerBI tools and Python coding to track and analyse sales and operational data, ultimately creating decision-making dashboards. I played a crucial role in obtaining PRO Partner Group's ISO certification and ensured the IT department adhered to the ISO standard. I used this knowledge to design feature sets for the platform.As I progressed in my role, I had the opportunity to work on diverse projects in various business domains such as IPO, Banking & Finance, and Education.In my capacity as a business analyst, I utilised a range of prototyping and demonstration tools. For low-fidelity prototyping, I primarily focused on creating skeletal models, while for high-fidelity prototyping, I aimed to produce fully-functional and visually appealing versions of the system. I also used tools like Rational Rose to build storyboards and ER/Database diagrams to provide a holistic view of the system.During the course of my work, I extensively analysed requirements and used mind maps to facilitate the understanding of complex requirements.
