At Bigtree Technology and Consulting (BTC), I received an invitation from my former colleague, Mr. Hai, to join and help build the company from the ground up. At that time, BTC had just been founded with only two personnel: Mr. Takano, the CEO, and Mr. Hai, the Vice Director. Recognizing this as a rare and valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and managing a team, I eagerly accepted the offer.Since joining BTC, I have dedicated myself to the company's growth and success. My role involves a blend of technical work and managerial responsibilities. I have made substantial contributions to several important projects, ensuring their success and helping to establish BTC’s reputation for delivering high-quality solutions. My efforts have not been limited to project work; I have also played a pivotal role in developing and implementing company policies aimed at fostering a positive and productive work environment. One of my key contributions has been in recruiting and training new employees. By sharing my knowledge and experience, I have helped to build a skilled and cohesive team. My colleagues and superiors often commend me for my sense of responsibility, sincerity, and readiness to assist others, qualities that I believe are essential in nurturing a supportive and collaborative workplace.Today, BTC has grown significantly, boasting a team of over 40 dedicated members. At Sun*, I was initially hired as an Android Developer. However, my manager, Mr. Tan, mentioned a high-priority web development project using Java Spring that urgently needed additional team members. Recognizing my strong Java background and quick learning abilities, he asked if I would be interested in joining the project. I accepted the challenge, marking a significant turning point in my career.Within a few days of exploration, I was able to handle simple tasks. Gradually, I earned the trust of my manager and colleagues, allowing me to take on more complex and challenging tasks. The project was successfully completed, receiving high praise from the client.Despite my short tenure at Sun*, the experience was incredibly enriching. Web development broadened my perspective on system architecture, and I made many fond memories with my supportive and friendly colleagues who were always ready to help.

I aimed to collaborate with my colleagues to create applications and deliver them directly to end-users. This goal led me to join MOG, which had plans to develop an Android and iOS app to help people easily accumulate membership points from various stores without needing to carry multiple physical cards.I was the lead developer for the Android version of the application. I contributed numerous ideas to enhance the app's user-friendliness.The application was released for beta testing and received positive feedback from users. Unfortunately, the project had to be discontinued due to insufficient funding.During my time at MOG, I learned to adopt an end-user perspective in app development. I also gained invaluable experience nurturing an application as if it were my own creation.

Upon joining VNEXT Software, an outsourcing company specializing in the Japanese market, as a Mobile Developer, I aimed to acquire practical skills and gain invaluable experience. My goal was to create Android applications that garnered numerous downloads and enhanced people's lives.The company hired me for my eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong foundational programming knowledge. I quickly became an integral member of various mobile projects, responsible for evaluating the feasibility of client ideas, setting up the source code base, mentoring new team members, and developing robust applications. My role required a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, ensuring seamless integration of client requirements while guiding the team.When I first joined, I was the inaugural member of the mobile team. Through persistent effort and collaboration, we earned clients' trust, secured more contracts, and grew the team to 10 members. This expansion reflected our project's success and the company's reputation in the market.Working at VNEXT Software enhanced my skills significantly. I developed strong teamwork capabilities, refined my Android development expertise, and improved my communication and idea-sharing abilities. These skills were crucial for our team's efficiency and my professional growth.Despite the valuable experiences, I decided to leave the company due to the predominantly client-driven nature of the work. I yearned to focus on developing a single application for a user community, being involved in its operations, understanding user needs, and proposing upgrades to improve the application. This shift was driven by my desire to make a more direct and sustained impact on the user experience.
