Responsible for contacting retail store owners to collect cell phone numbers and email addresses. Follow up with retail store owners to discuss interest in pickleball and opportunities with Phantom Pickleball. Organize and improve our current sponsored player and ambassador programs. Contact individual Invited Club country clubs to discuss Phantom partnership including gear, clinics and tournaments. Reach out to potential social media influencers, create strategy to promote Phantom and follow up plan to track results. Discuss opportunity to develop a Tik Tok shop presence.

Serve as a lead in the golf tech. area of the store. Regrip all customers clubs, repair shafts, bend shafts, cut down shafts, extend shafts, and apply new heads to shafts. Responsible for all club work inside shop. Provide customers with full golf experience of club fitting. Provide the customer with the proper golf grips and shafts for their game. Clean and maintain an organized work space.

Represent Holbrook Pickleball’s passion for the sport by promoting its products and values within the community. Create engaging content and maintain an active social media presence to build brand awareness. Foster connections between Holbrook Pickleball and players of all skill levels. Attend events, engage with players, and provide product feedback. Share the latest innovations in pickleball gear with the community. Inspire others to elevate their game with Holbrook Pickleball’s high-quality products. Focus on authenticity and community engagement to drive brand growth.

Serve a lead for the golf division and assist customers with full golf experience. Greet customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and make/provide change for purchases. Replenish products and supplies to always ensure in-stock conditions. Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and vendor-related concerns. Complete all store housekeeping functions (i.e., cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.). Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.

Contributed to and provided content for a blog focused on golf activities, the latest golf news and industry highlights. Assisted with the operation of the facility by taking golf reservations, collecting fees for golf, golf cart rentals and resale items, operating cash registers, and selling of merchandise. Provided general oversight and opening/closing of the pro shop. Provided excellent customer service, professional advice and assistance to guests, and fellow staff. Created and maintained displays, creating promotion and sales ideas, restocking, and keeping apparel fresh and neatly presented.
