Job Roles &Responsibilities: Clients:ITC InfoTech, Vodafone, Sapient, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Atos, Infosys, Lowes, Cognizant, TCS, Microsoft, KPIT Soft, Cigniti Technologies, Broadridge, Ness Technologies, Mphasis, Capgemini ,CSS Crops, Hexaware, Accenture.• Work closely with Team Lead and Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description , salary , timing , expectations , ect)• Educate and trained fresher on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.• Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.• Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.• Marinating timely documentations of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.• Sending feedback mails to client regarding tracker and candidate’s schedule.• Taking control of drives (like managing and coordinating the candidates).

Job Roles &Responsibilities: • Handling complete end-to-end recruitment process.• Requirement gathering &understanding the requirements given by various clients for their manpower positions. • Identifying candidates through various sources such as Job portals, Internal Employee Reference, Network through prospective candidates and posting advertisement in portals.• Using the Job Portals like Monster, Naukri to successfully source the right candidates according to the job description.• Taking telephonic interviews with the candidates. (Evaluating communication and HR issues like Experience, Qualification, Job responsibilities, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice period?). • Schedule & co-ordinate technical interview with the hiring managers • Follow up with the selected candidates, and keeping them warm till their actual joining.• Maintaining daily Recruitment Tracker• Reporting to the managers on recruitment status on a daily basis.
