The goal of the project is to implement a new way of working for PLM in Teamcenter, implement SAP4Hanna and Microsoft Dynamics Field Service.

Als stage is er door Niels gekozen voor de organisatie Moba b.v. te Barneveld. Een organisatie waar machines worden geassembleerd voor de eierindustrie. Het interessante van deze organisatie is dat alle assemblage handelingen "in huis" gebeuren. Voor Niels als student een zeer interessante omgeving om zijn kennis m.b.t. proces verbetering toe te passen en.

Nunspeet

Gedurende de vakantieperiode is voor Nestlé Nunspeet een Coach Course voorbereid m.b.t. het introduceren van Total Performance Management. Niels en enkele andere studenten hebben voor deze cursus het technische gedeelte voor de rekening genomen. Het ging hierbij om het inventariseren van machinegegevens, verzorgen van video's, breakdown data, etc.

Als onderdeel van de studie Technische Bedrijfskunde is de minor Industrial Strategy and Change Management gevolgd. Voor deze minor is een project uitgevoerd bij Nestlé Nutrition te Nunspeet. In Nunspeet is men bezig met het invoeren van TPM. Niels en enkele andere studenten hebben hierin geassisteerd door het opstellen van een skill matrix. Naast deze.

Als onderdeel van de studie Technische Bedrijfskunde is de minor Process Optimazation gevolgd. Voor deze minor is door Niels en enkele andere studenten een project uitgevoerd bij de Wavin te Hardenberg.
