Primarily safety and compliance oriented tasks such as ensuring all SOP's were met for hazmat, employee/customer safety, and theft mitigation. When safety/compliance tasks were complete theft mitigation (internal and external) was priority. This involved routine surveillance for inordinately behaviors, cooperation with local law enforcement and asset protection team, investigation of incidents, and routine maintenance for theft mitigation devices throughout the store. Travel to other locations to preform inventory accuracy and integrity for end of the year counts. Train new potential Asset Protection associates for other locations to ensure a solid understanding of rules and regulations, standard operating procedures, and what to expect while preforming day to day tasks.
