My role includes:* Manage day to day email execution, including targeting, optimization, scheduling, and coordination with creative team and program managers.* Manage weekly newsletter distribution to over 1 million subscribers.* Plan, develop, and implement campaign strategy for the brand/sponsor programs.* Own email and growth KPIs for consistency and clarity, including regularly measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign results.* Grow email opt-in audience through creative promotion and thoughtful content that resonates with our teacher audience.* Build customized and automated flows, nurture series, and manage smart email lists/segment lists leveraging data and user behavior collected on profiles—while effectively speaking to the WeAreTeachers brand and customer journey.* Improve email open and click rates and traffic back to WeAreTeachers.* Plan, create, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns that are consistent across platforms and strategically serve our target audience.

Managed and edit content for WeAreTeachers.com, using Wordpress and cutting-edge SEO skills, resulting in over 50 million annual page views. Edit dozens of client-facing proposals and sponsored content monthly. Hired, trained, and managed our diverse teacher team of eight teachers. Assisted with programs in six social media channels, resulting in a total following of 3.4 million. Served as creative manager for several clients involving success metrics, article creation, email, social media, and reporting.

Book development. Interviewed authors to get all the knowledge and wisdom from them and onto a recording. Translated interview into a written manuscript made up of the author's words and voice, making sure to match author intent and topic scope.

Utilized client insights and expertise, along with additional research, to create high-quality, coherent, compelling articles that captured each client’s voice.
