• Give presentations and hold tabletop talks with new and existing clients to identify any pain points they want addressed and devise solutions to alleviate those pain points.
• Responding to inquiries and concerns from administrators, service providers, site personnel and/or clients to provide technical assistance and support.

• Design, setup and configure both hardware and software network and security solutions such as but not limited to firewalls, endpoint protection, and so on, as per client’s requirements.
• Perform maintenance to deployed solutions for clients to maintain acceptable performance and to check if there are misconfigurations performed by the client.
• Responding to inquiries and concerns from administrators, service providers, site personnel and/or clients to provide technical assistance and support.
