• Overall management of internal/external communications and marketing of programs and events.• Lead all branding, design, and production efforts (print & digital) to reinforce brand identity.• Develop and implement strategy for programs, special events, exhibitions, and fundraising efforts.• Cultivate relationships with local and national media outlets, draft compelling brand-centric press releases, and create press packets to effectively communicate impact and initiatives.• Create and implement an annual strategic communications plan, including a calendar, for the organization that meets objectives and effectively communicates the impact of our programs to a diverse range of audiences.• Collect and report on analytics and metrics to evaluate and drive communications initiatives.• Create, proofread and edit content for the Executive Leadership Team and all staff members.• Document all PRH events by coordinating photo and video assets.• Train team members for media appearances.
